Historic Buckelew Mansion
You have clicked on the Historic Buckelew Mansion! The Buckelew House is located
on Buckelew Avenue, across from Lake Manalapan. The house was owned by
Mr. James Buckelew, founder of Jamesburg. The back portion of the house
was built around 1685, and the front portion was constructed during the
1800s. Currently, the Jamesburg Historical Society maintains the house and provides
tours throughout the year.
