Welcome to Fiddlehead's Restaurant The walls are adorned with fine works of art and photography on consignment from New Jersey artists; the current display includes works in watercolor by Bob Heyer of Monroe, Chinese brush art by Jack Kushnick of East Brunswick, and environmentally inspired paintings by Ryan Rosenberg of Hightstown, as well as breathtaking captures by the lens of nature photographer Jennifer Wiessner of Maine (formerly of East Brunswick, N.J.).

In business since 1992, Fiddleheads is entering its fifth year under new ownership. Executive chef Dan Davis and house manager Brian Blatz, new owners since 2004, offer sumptuous menu selections by the season and for all tastes. Join us for a pleasant, intimate dining experience!
