Ippolito Residence on the Corner of East Railroad Avenue & East Church Street
Site for Jamesburg Dental Center
The old Ippolito residence on the corner of East Railroad Avenue and East Church Street being transformed
into a dentist's office on the first floor and office space on the second floor.
The front section of the second floor of the house has been torn off. It most likely was an addition to the original
house. Formally, the a diabetes research company occupied the structure.
Since February 2004, no noticable construction has taken place. The house is becoming an eyesore.
May 2004: A porch is beginning to be erected
June 2004: After speaking with the builder, he says that a parking lot will be constructed in the back, new
landscaping, decorative lighting, and an entirely new facade will be put on. The Jamesburg Network supplied
him two historical pictures of the house and he said they would take them into consideration.
Below are pictures of the construction process.
